Individual Booking for Family of 7, including three generations

Dear Christine,

I am writing to express my appreciation for booking a cruise for my family on the Norwegian Pearl. I was very apprehensive because we had never been on a cruise before and did not share my family's enthusiasm as all of the responsibilities for travel fell on my shoulders. Looking back, I can't believe how foolish I was.

You and your company made this entire experience from planning to cruising to returning an adventure for the 7 of us that will remain a highlight in our family's scrapbook of life.

When I explained what we were looking for in a vacation you immediately went to work to see what was available and at what cost. You didn't stop there, but gave us your welcomed personal advise from your experiences and expertise. The "Pearl" was a perfect fit. We enjoyed ocean views from our two cabins,relaxed in the pool and lounges and were challenged daily and nightly by our kids' adventures. The on-board credit that you generously provided was used for a family portrait that hangs in a prominent location in our home.

With my mother and 4 kids we thought it would be a challenge to provide all of us with entertainment, but with your assistance in booking adventures through "Shoretrips.com" my family was able to zip-line through the jungles or river raft through remote caves while resting assured that my mother was safe with her adventures of touring the city and countryside, relaxing on the beach or shopping downtown.

Christine, you are a marvel at providing worry free and extravagant travel.  How you were able to help us with this and at such an affordable price I will never know. I can only say that we are counting the days until we can call you again to have you plan another of these adventures to add to our scrapbook of life.

Group Cruise in the Mediterranean 

It is my sincere pleasure to provide a letter of recommendation for Ms. Christine Luchi, and her travel services. Ms. Luchi is a true professional and her degree of assistance was superior to any travel agent I have utilized over the years of my travels. Everyone in our group of 14 enjoyed the "trip of a life time” to the Mediterranean last fall, in a big part due to the extras Christine provided.

One of Christine’s strong suits was that she was extremely responsive and accommodating. She was very prompt with returning calls and in responding to emails. As an example, I tended to send emails with questions later in the evening, and Christine many times took her own personal time to converse with me in the evening, instead of responding in an email to be read the next day. Members of our group benefited greatly from her diverse and expansive personal travel experiences; she provided us with information and insight on our ports of call we would not have had otherwise as novice travelers in Europe. She assisted many in planning their shore excursions before hand, which insured they were able to get their tours of choice.

She worked for us right up until the day we departed. To list a few examples of her "above and beyond service” . . . Christine worked to gain a rate reduction after we had already booked our group; she helped members of the group that were not computer savvy with booking their shore excursions; she assisted many with their airfare and she even made cards with the name/address of our hotel for our taxi drivers upon arriving in Barcelona, Spain.

Christine provided us with a worry free vacation by attending to every detail of our travels, from shore excursions, to insurance, to what to pack, to two special informational meetings, to giving us a Bon voyage phone call and updates on the weather forecast a few days before our departure. Christine was truly remarkable, and on behalf of the group, I highly recommend her services to everyone!
